The Designer Roll is your main roll. Use it to fill in large areas of the wall and reveal the beauty of Designer Wall Finish. The Designer Applicator is designed to be easy to use, however, if its your first time, follow the instructions below to help you apply your first strip of Bella & Birch. You could start with the easy area that you trimmed in the previous step.

APPLY

Step 1
Hold the applicator with the gray pad facing the wall. Use the level bubble to line up at this point, then forget the level.

Step 2
Push the applicator to the wall.

Step 3
Pull the applicator down the wall with smooth, even pressure.

Step 4
When you're within 1-2 inches from the baseboard and start to overlap the Detailer, rotate so the white pad is against the wall.

Step 5
Hold the cut release down with your left hand and use your right hand to slide the cutter.

SMOOTH

Step 1
Use the soft side of the smoothing tool.

Step 2
Smooth toward the undecorated wall area.

REVEAL

Step 1
Use a 1-2 inch piece of reveal tape to start removing the protective film. Apply a piece of tape diagonally across the corner.

Step 2
Pull the reveal tape back across the corner.

Step 3
Walk the protective film down the wall to reveal.
