How-To Demos
Inside Corners
Once large areas of the wall are completed you're ready to tackle an inside corner.

Step 1
Put the pencil into either one of the guideline holes in your smoothing tool. Put the hard side of the smoothing tool in the corner and pull it down the wall with the pencil. The arrows on the smoothing tool show you which edge goes into the corner.

Step 2
Pull out and cut off a short piece of detailer.

Step 3
Apply this piece along the guideline. This will give you about a ¼-inch overlap with the other wall.

Step 4
Smooth the guideline edge onto the wall with your fingers.

Step 5
Use the hard side of the smoothing tool to push the detailer into the corner Push in the middle of the strip first, then the top and bottom. Make sure the strip is tight into the corner. Smooth onto the wall, then reveal.

Step 6
Continue to apply corner pieces to this wall until you've finished the entire length.

Step 7
Apply detailer to the other wall. No need to draw a guideline on the second wall. Smooth and reveal.
