Most of the tools in your Design Kit are pretty straightforward: just pick them up and start using them. Your designer applicator and detailer dispenser, however, do need to be loaded first.

Loading the designer applicator:

Step 1
Make sure the reset button is in.

Step 2
Turn the loading cap to the "unlock" position and remove it.

Step 3
Load the roll in the direction shown by the picture on the applicator.

Step 4
Replace the loading cap and move it to the "lock" position.

Step 5
If this is the first time you're using the applicator, remove the protective strip from the control bar.

Step 6
Pull out a few inches of 12-inch designer. Cut off the starter strip, then place the designer against the gray pad and the control bar.


Loading the detailer dispenser:

Step 1
Squeeze the sides to open the dispenser.

Step 2
Insert the spindle in the new roll.

Step 3
Load the new roll into the dispenser.

Step 4
Pull out 1-2 inches of detailer.

Step 5
Slide the detailer under the tab.

Step 6
Place a piece of reveal tape along the edge and over the tab.

Step 7
Press the reveal tape firmly onto the detailer and the tab, especially the area behind the tab (nearest the roll).

Step 8
Close the dispenser.

Step 9
Turn over the dispenser. Pull the detailer firmly to start the roll.
