How-To Demos
Outside Corners
When you get to an outside corner, one of two things can happen: 1) you can go on to the next wall, in which case the 2-inch detailer is the size to use, or 2) you can end there, in which case it's easiest to use the 6-inch accenter.

If you're going on to the next wall:

Step 1
Apply a short piece of detailer to the edge of the outside corner, with about 1 inch extended past the edge.

Step 2
Smooth the section you applied to the wall.

Step 3
Starting in the middle, pull the detailer around the corner and smooth onto the second wall.

Step 4
Reveal.

If you're ending at an edge:

Step 1
Apply the accenter extending beyond the edge of the wall.

Step 2
Smooth onto the wall.

Step 3
Trim the accenter along the edge of the wall with a utility knife. Trim before removing the protective film.

Step 4
Smooth the cut edge again with your hand.

Step 5
Reveal.
