Bella & Birch Designer Wall Finish offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for five years from date of manufacture.

For further information or to make a claim within this 5-year limited lifetime warranty period, please contact our Bella & Birch concierge service at 1-877-4-bellabirch (1-877-423-5522) or notify Bella & Birch by mail, including in the notice the description of the Designer Wall Finish (color and pattern), name and address, proof of purchase, and detailed explanation of defect, to:

This warranty excludes any defects on the designer wall finish resulting from

1. Improper building design;
2. Improper installation. Instructions are as complete as possible but cannot encompass all conditions, applications and/or surfaces beyond our control; and
3. Improper use or maintenance by failing to follow the instructions provided in the Bella & Birch How-to Guide or the website at www.bellaandbirch.com.

In addition, like with most wall coverings noticeable loss of color intensity or fading may occur in the coating of the designer wall finish when exposed to direct sunlight over long periods of time and are not considered defects.

Bella & Birch grants this limited lifetime warranty only to the original purchaser of the Designer Wall Finish. THIS 5-YEAR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

What are the terms of this warranty?
The Bella & Birch Design Kit tools such as 12" Designer applicator, 2" Detailer dispenser, Reveal tape dispenser, and smoothing tool, are covered for one year warranty from the date of original purchase.

What is covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, regular wear and tear, by replacement of any original part(s), or use other than as intended and described in the Bella & Birch How-to guide or at the website at www.bellaandbirch.com.

Where do I return Bella & Birch?
All store purchases should be returned at the store. All website orders must be returned through the Bella & Birch concierge (1877-4-bellabirch) and can not be returned to any stores.

What Bella & Birch will do?
Bella & Birch will either replace the tool with one of similar features and price, or refund the full purchase price of this tool, whichever you prefer.

How to replace your tool?
