The Bella & Birch layer - This is the layer which has the pre-painted specialty finish. This layer is dry, and as thin as a coat of regular paint. It also has a sticky side so Bella & Birch can bond with the wall. The protective film layer - The protective film makes it easy to apply Bella & Birch to your wall and protects the Designer Wall Finish during application. The protective film must be removed after applying each piece.
