If you have a small wrinkle or crease, press it out with the back of your fingernail. For larger wrinkles, sand the wrinkled area until smooth, and then wipe away dust with a damp cloth. Once it's dry, patch right over it.

A few tips on preventing wrinkles:

• Keep the applicator's control bar clean.
• Make sure the 12-inch designer lies smoothly on the control bar.
• Don't try to steer the applicator.
• If you start getting wrinkles while applying, cut and remove the piece.
